Our module-based pricing allows you to pay only for the features you need. Each module is priced separately, and you can add or remove modules as your business needs change.

What's the difference between per-user and per-employee pricing?

Financial and operational modules are priced per user, meaning you pay for each staff member who needs access to the system. HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance modules are priced per employee in your company, regardless of who accesses the system.

Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

Yes, you can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time. When switching to annual billing, you'll immediately receive the 10% discount. When switching to monthly billing, the change will take effect at the end of your current annual period.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, there is a one-time setup fee of $150 that covers both site and clock installation and configuration. This includes basic training to get you started.

How soon can I get started?
