Support Hours Policy

Advanced Software Systems provides technical and customer support during the following business hours:

Standard Support Hours (Puerto Rico Time - AST):

Monday to Friday – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Requests submitted outside support hours, during weekends, or on official public holidays will be considered received on the next business day and attended to accordingly.

Emergency Support:

For critical issues affecting essential functions (e.g., payroll processing, pay bill, invoicing or system access), please indicate the urgency when submitting the ticket. Emergency cases will be prioritized and responded to as soon as possible, even outside regular support hours if necessary.
