These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website https://aswspr.com, our software-as-a-service product Advanced Software Solution, and related portals and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

To access certain features of the Services, including the ERP modules, customer portal, employee portal, and vendor portal, you must create an account. Account access is limited to paying subscribers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Subscription and Payment

Advanced Software Solution is a subscription-based service. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as communicated by the Company.

We currently accept ACH and PayPal as payment methods. Payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer trial periods or cancellations for refund once access is granted.

4. Job Listings and Portals

Our Services include a Job Listing page to support recruitment efforts for our clients, as well as dedicated portals for customers, employees, and vendors. By accessing or submitting information through these areas, you agree that:

• You will provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• You have the right to submit any job postings, applications, or related content.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our policies or applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, and materials provided by the Company as part of the Services are the intellectual property of Advanced Software Systems or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the Services at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advanced Software Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
